Assault Arrest

On May 12, 2026, at the Lehigh County Detox Center located at 1620 Riverside Drive, a 25‑year‑old male was charged with two counts of simple assault, two counts of harassment, and one count of disorderly conduct. The charges stem from an incident in which he punched a female in the face, causing injury. A second female attempting to intervene was also injured. The male was transported to Lehigh County Prison.

Wanted Person Arrested

On May 14, 2026, officers took custody of a 33‑year‑old Allentown female who had an active felony arrest warrant for possession of a firearm. She was transported to Lehigh County Prison.

Blackmail

On May 13, 2026, a 26‑year‑old male reported being blackmailed online by an unknown individual. The case remains under investigation.

Fraud

On May 12, 2026, a 69‑year‑old female from Weil Street reported that a door‑to‑door window company based in New Jersey made an unauthorized charge on her credit card. This case remains under investigation.

Mutual Aid

On May 13, 2026, officers assisted Fountain Hill Police at 915 Ostrum Street for a report of an unwanted person. Officers assisted as needed.

Disturbances

May 8, 2026: A disturbance between two neighbors in the 1600 block of Broadway.

May 11, 2026: Two domestic disturbance calls at a residence in the 800 block of Gilly Avenue.

May 11, 2026: A domestic disturbance between a mother and daughter in the 1500 block of East Emmaus Avenue.

May 11, 2026: A disturbance between two females in the parking lot of 1243 South Cedar Crest Blvd after one accidentally struck the other’s vehicle with her car door.

May 13, 2026: A disturbance between two juveniles at Laubach Park.

May 13, 2026: A domestic disturbance in the 1300 block of Maumee Avenue.

May 14, 2026: A domestic disturbance in the 1700 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Assist Fire Department

On May 11, 2026, officers assisted the fire department at Lehigh Valley Hospital after a motor vehicle was reported to be leaking fuel.

Unwanted Person

May 9, 2026: At the Lehigh County Detox Center, 1620 Riverside Drive. The unwanted male left without incident upon police arrival.

May 13, 2026: At Lehigh Valley Hospital. The individual had left prior to police arrival.

School Bus Violations

Between May 8 and May 15, 2026, three school bus video violations were approved, bringing the school year’s total to 228 approved violations.
