DUI Arrest
On June 3, 2026 officers stopped a motor vehicle in the area of Seidersville Road at Gottwald Drive after observing multiple vehicle code violations. The driver, a 70-year-old female from Easton, was arrested soon after for DUI.
Theft Arrest
On June 5, 2026 a 34-year-old male from Bethlehem was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition and Access Device Fraud after allegedly using his ex-girlfriend’s credit card without her permission.
Ordinance Violation
On June 4, 2026 officers cited a 25- and 31-year-old male at Walking Purchase Park after multiple calls were received of loud music. Officers located two motor vehicles with approximately 4 feet by 8 feet speakers on their roofs. Both men were cited under the township’s noise ordinance.
On June 8, 2026 a 67-year-old male from the 600 block of East Juniata Street was cited under the township’s noise ordinance after allegedly screaming at a neighbor who was outside of her home painting. The act was unprovoked and the male was warned about this in the past.
Theft From Vehicles
On June 1, 2026 a 53-year-old male from Salisbury Township reported someone entering his vehicle and stealing multiple items while it was parked outside of Green Acres Park.
On June 6, 2026 a 35-year-old female from Rockway, NJ reported someone entering her vehicle and stealing a laptop computer and other items while parked at Lehigh Valley Hospital. This case is currently under investigation.
On June 6, 2025 a 30-year-old female from Salisbury Township reported someone entering her vehicle and stealing her purse while parked at Lehigh Valley Hospital. This case is currently under investigation.
Disturbances
On May 31, 2026 at Franko Park on the baseball field, between members of two baseball teams.
On June 2, 2026 a family dispute over property in the 900 block of East Susquehanna Street.
On June 3, 2026 a neighbor dispute in the 200 block of East Emmaus Avenue.
On June 4, 2026 a domestic disturbance at a home in the 1500 block of East Emmaus Avenue.
On June 5, 2026 a domestic disturbance at a home in the 2900 block of South Pike Avenue.
On June 5, 2026 a domestic disturbance in the 900 block of College Lane.
On June 6, 2026 a domestic disturbance at a home in the 3600 block of Country Club Road.
On June 7, 2026 between friends at a home in the 700 block of East Federal Street.
On June 8, 2026 at the Lehigh County Detox Center, between two patients.
On June 8, 2026 a domestic disturbance at a home in the 1600 block of Graham Street.
Unwanted Person
On June 1, 2026 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, involving a 34-year-old female with no known address. Officers assisted the female in leaving the property.
Assist Fire Department
On June 3, 2026 in the 3000 block of South Pike Avenue, a motor vehicle caught fire. No injuries reported.
On June 4, 2026 in the 3200 block of Douglas Road, a motor vehicle caught fire while parked against a home. No injuries reported.
Assault
A 45-year-old male from Stoneridge Road reported being assaulted in a motor vehicle after he accepted a ride home from two unknown males from a local bar. The male did not wish to pursue charges.
Mutual Aid
On June 1, 2026 in the 600 block of Walnut Street in Emmaus, after being requested for mutual aid during a disturbance between neighbors. Officer assisted as needed.
On June 7, 2026 in the 500 block of South Benner Avenue in Fountain Hill, after being requested for mutual aid at a domestic disturbance. Officer assisted as needed.
On June 7, 2026 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill, after being requested for mutual aid at a threat call. Officer assisted as needed.
Road Closed
On June 6, 2026 there was a single vehicle crash with injury in the 3000 block of South Pike Avenue that resulted in a damaged utility pole. The roadway was closed for an extended period of time due to the roadway being unsafe for travel.
Traffic Enforcement
On June 5, 2026 Salisbury Township Police and Allentown Police conducted a joint traffic safety detail on West and East Susquehanna Street. About thirty speeding tickets, five unbuckled child seatbelt tickets, and five other traffic citations were issued to motorists.
This upcoming weekend there will be a significant number of officers in Salisbury Township conducting DUI enforcement. Drivers are reminded to not drink and drive.
School Bus Violations
Between May 30 and June 8, 2026, thirteen school bus video violations were approved, bringing the school year’s total to 246 approved violations.
