Strong Arm Robbery
On June 22, 2026 in the 1600 block of Jeter Avenue, a group of juveniles assaulted a 16-year-old male from Palmerton, followed by robbing his mother, a 46-year-old female also from Palmerton, after arranging to meet after an online sales transaction. This case is currently under investigation.
Resisting Arrest/Drug Arrest
On June 15, 2026 officers observed a 29‑year‑old male from Easton illegally operating a moped in the area of East Susquehanna Street. A traffic stop was conducted a short time later in the area of Public Road. The male refused officers’ commands to exit the moped and reached toward the keys/ignition. When officers attempted to detain him, the male physically resisted and fought with officers. The male was found to be in possession of a scale containing white powder, which tested positive for cocaine. He was charged with Resisting Arrest, Obstruction, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Required Financial Responsibility, and Operating an Unregistered Vehicle. He was transported to Lehigh County Prison.
Simple Assault Arrest
On June 21, 2026 a 33-year-old female from Ash Street was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment after allegedly striking her boyfriend in the face, causing injury, at a home in the 600 block of Ash Street. The female was taken to Lehigh County Prison.
Theft From Vehicle Arrest
Between June 13 and June 15, 2026, multiple victims reported their vehicles being broken into while parked at Lehigh Valley Hospital, located at 1200 South Cedar Crest Blvd. A 25‑year‑old female from Allentown and a 45‑year‑old female from Allentown reported that their vehicles were entered and several items of value were stolen. A 27‑year‑old female from Shavertown, PA, and a 60‑year‑old female from White Haven, PA, also reported that their vehicle windows had been smashed. Officers identified a 40-year-old male from Boyertown, Pa as the same individual responsible for similar vehicle break‑ins at the hospital the previous week. The actor was taken into custody and transported to Lehigh County Prison.
Hit and Run Crash Arrest
On June 13, 2026, a 25‑year‑old male from Allentown reported that his 2023 Tesla was struck and damaged while parked and unattended at Giant, located at 3300 Lehigh Street. Officers investigated the crash and located the offending vehicle, a 2020 GMC truck, which had fled the scene and was found parked approximately one mile away with a tow truck that was about to tow it. The driver, a 60‑year‑old male from Salisbury Township, was identified and charged in connection with the hit‑and‑run crash.
Public Drunk Arrest
On June 22, 2026 a 24-year-old male from Yardley, Pa was found lying down in the grass outside Taco Bell, located at 3380 Lehigh Street. Officers determined that the male was heavily intoxicated. The male, who initially provided police with a fictious name, was charged with Public Drunkenness. It was also determined that the male had an active arrest warrant from Bucks County Probation/Parol. The male was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital for medical care.
Unwanted Person
On June 14, 2026 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, located at 1200 South Cedar Crest Blvd, hospital security located a female sleeping on the fifth floor of the parking deck. The female left the area without incident.
On June 19, 2026 at the Lehigh County Detox Center, located at 1620 Riverside Drive, between staff and a female patient. The female left without incident after officers arrived on scene.
Animal Cruelty Investigation
On June 22, 2026 staff at Paragon Transit, located at 1700 Gaskill Avenue, reported finding a black border collie leashed to a fixture outside of the building. The dog was taken to the Lehigh County Humane Society. This case in under investigation.
Retail Theft
On June 16, 2026 an unknown female stole $245.76 worth of items from Giant, located at 3300 Lehigh Street. This case is currently under investigation.
Fraud
On June 16, 2026, a 79‑year‑old female was scammed out of several thousand dollars after being deceived into believing she owed money to a utility company. The actors contacted her by phone and convinced her to purchase a large number of gift cards and provide the card numbers to them.
On June 16, 2026, a 61‑year‑old male from Devonshire Road reported being scammed out of several thousand dollars after making a payment to what he believed was a college account. The account was later determined to have been compromised.
On June 22, 2026, a 38-year-old female from Paxford Road reported someone hacking her CashApp account and making over a thousand dollars’ worth of fraudulent transactions.
Hit and Run
On June 19, 2026 a 24-year-old female from Emmaus reported an unknown actor striking her parked vehicle and leaving the scene while at Lehigh Valley Hospital, located at 1200 South Cedar Crest Blvd. This case is currently under investigation.
Road Rage
On June 16, 2026, officers responded to the area of South 24th Street and Martin Luther King Drive for a report of a road rage incident in which one of the drivers was alleged to have brandished a firearm. After investigating the incident, officers determined that no crime had been committed.
Assist Fire Department
On June 22, 2026 officers assisted Eastern Salisbury Fire Department with a microwave fire in a home in the 1500 block of Hausman Avenue. No one was injured.

On June 23, 2026 officers of the Salisbury Township Police Department assisted in traffic control in the area of Route 222 in Upper Macungie Township while President Donald J Trump visited the area. Officers assisted as needed.
